The West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBCSSC) is entrusted with the task of issuing recommendation letters for transfer of teaching and non-teaching staff through the "UTSASHREE" portal since August 2021. In the past one year, WBCSSC has transferred more than 19000 teaching and non-teaching staff (general transfer only) apart from Mutual Transfer. However, there are grievances as well on the part of the applicants. The main reasons behind such grievances can be classified into the following heads:


1. Delay in getting recommendation at WBCSSC end.

2. Sending back of applications to the Dls from WBCSSC.

3. Rank related issues.

4. Others.


The present portal is being launched to address such grievances of applicants to ensure a more transparent and smooth functioning in respect of 'Utsashree-related work. Please register your grievance by clearly mentioning:


a) Your employee Id

b) Transfer application code

c) Mobile Number

The list of 738 in Primary TET 2014

 Good news for job seekers. The West Bengal Board of Primary Education released a list of 738 names in the primary TET. WBBPE has published this list on the direction of the High Court in the case which was related to the wrong questions in the primary TET of 2014. Manik Bhattacharya, president of the Primary Education Board, said that the list of 738 students has been published and they will be appointed within a week.  Click here to know the name of The list of 738 primary teacher recruitment. Utsashree portal for Online Teacher Transfer

  The West Bengal state government inaugurated a new scheme 'Utshasree' for teachers. Hon'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced the new scheme on Thursday (22/07/2021). She said the decision was taken at a cabinet meeting. On the same day, the Chief Minister said, the state is launching a portal called Utsashree. Teachers can apply through this portal if they want to transfer to a school near their home. She did not say when the scheme would be launched. She said, " Utsashree scheme is being launched for teachers. For those who want to transfer to their district or near home. But if ten teachers want to transfer to one place, it is not possible. It has to be adjusted. As I said before, teachers don't have to go far to work..  🏫 Mutual Transfer of Primary Teachers through UTSASHREE Portal Latest Update from West Bengal Board of Primary Education – July 2025 The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has announced a significant update regarding the mutual transfer of primary teachers through the UTSASHREE Portal. In reference to the School Education Department’s Memo No. 430-Sc/G dated 17.06.2025, a revised mechanism has been introduced to simplify the transfer process. 🔄 What’s New?
