Grievance portal for Utsashree teacher transfer

The West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBCSSC) is entrusted with the task of issuing recommendation letters for transfer of teaching and non-teaching staff through the "UTSASHREE" portal since August 2021. In the past one year, WBCSSC has transferred more than 19000 teaching and non-teaching staff (general transfer only) apart from Mutual Transfer. However, there are grievances as well on the part of the applicants. The main reasons behind such grievances can be classified into the following heads:


1. Delay in getting recommendation at WBCSSC end.

2. Sending back of applications to the Dls from WBCSSC.

3. Rank related issues.

4. Others.


The present portal is being launched to address such grievances of applicants to ensure a more transparent and smooth functioning in respect of 'Utsashree-related work. Please register your grievance by clearly mentioning:


a) Your employee Id

b) Transfer application code

c) Mobile Number


Also, please choose any of (1) to (4) above as your subject for quicker processing of your grievance.

New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. Notification  On the occasion of Independence Day celebrations, a novel program called BaLA (Building as Learning Aid) has been directed from the district level through the VC.  What to do according to Concept -  Using school buildings as learning aids will help improve the quality of education among students.  Various elements of BaLA can be done in exterior and interior spaces such as classrooms, corridors, stairs, walls etc.  To celebrate India's 75th Independence Day, students, teachers and community (guardians & local residents) are requested to explore school buildings as learning aids through participation.  Government, government aided, sponsored schools have to start this mission on 12th,13th and 14th August, 2022.  BaLA concept should be introduced in every school.  3000/Rs in case of primary schools and 5000/Rs in case of upper primary schools and up to 7000/Rs in case of middle and higher secondary schools can be spent on ...
