The West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBCSSC) is entrusted with the task of issuing recommendation letters for transfer of teaching and non-teaching staff through the "UTSASHREE" portal since August 2021. In the past one year, WBCSSC has transferred more than 19000 teaching and non-teaching staff (general transfer only) apart from Mutual Transfer. However, there are grievances as well on the part of the applicants. The main reasons behind such grievances can be classified into the following heads:


1. Delay in getting recommendation at WBCSSC end.

2. Sending back of applications to the Dls from WBCSSC.

3. Rank related issues.

4. Others.


The present portal is being launched to address such grievances of applicants to ensure a more transparent and smooth functioning in respect of 'Utsashree-related work. Please register your grievance by clearly mentioning:


a) Your employee Id

b) Transfer application code

c) Mobile Number


Also, please choose any of (1) to (4) above as your subject for quicker processing of your grievance.

Madhyamik exam result 2020

Finally, the Madhyamik Exam result is going to be published. If all goes well, the Honorable President of the board will announce the Madhyamik Exam result in a virtual conference tomorrow(15/07/2020) at 10 am. Madhyamik Exam started on 18/02/2020 and ended on 27/02/2020. Madhyamik Exam results will be published on 15/07/2020. So the Madhyamik Exam results are going to be published four and a half months after the end of the Madhyamik Exam. Where to Check WBBSE Result 2020 ?  🏫 Mutual Transfer of Primary Teachers through UTSASHREE Portal Latest Update from West Bengal Board of Primary Education – July 2025 The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has announced a significant update regarding the mutual transfer of primary teachers through the UTSASHREE Portal. In reference to the School Education Department’s Memo No. 430-Sc/G dated 17.06.2025, a revised mechanism has been introduced to simplify the transfer process. 🔄 What’s New? Delete or deactivate a student from Banglar shiksha portal

A new module has been added to Banglar Shiksha e-Portal. This new module is called "Delete Student". This module can be used to delete / deactivate a student's ID. In which cases can the "Delete Student" module be used? Duplicate : If a student enters the Banglar Shiksha Portal more than once, the school will have to delete the duplicate id by keeping the correct ID Wrongly Uploaded :  Id is generated with wrong information during data entry of a student in Banglar Shiksha Portal, then the Id of that student has to be deleted or Deactivated. Died:   If a student dies, the student's Id must be deleted or deactivated. How to delete or deactivate a student's Id from Banglar shiksha portal?
