Grievance portal for Utsashree teacher transfer

The West Bengal Central School Service Commission (WBCSSC) is entrusted with the task of issuing recommendation letters for transfer of teaching and non-teaching staff through the "UTSASHREE" portal since August 2021. In the past one year, WBCSSC has transferred more than 19000 teaching and non-teaching staff (general transfer only) apart from Mutual Transfer. However, there are grievances as well on the part of the applicants. The main reasons behind such grievances can be classified into the following heads:


1. Delay in getting recommendation at WBCSSC end.

2. Sending back of applications to the Dls from WBCSSC.

3. Rank related issues.

4. Others.


The present portal is being launched to address such grievances of applicants to ensure a more transparent and smooth functioning in respect of 'Utsashree-related work. Please register your grievance by clearly mentioning:


a) Your employee Id

b) Transfer application code

c) Mobile Number
