Student’s parents name is not updated. *remedy → update the same from Update Student Basic Details tab under Student Management Menu. promotion detention  process click on " Student Promotion Detention" under Student Management Menu. Do Student Promotion Detention from Higher Class to Lower Class . (e.g., if the Highest Class of the School is Class IV, do it as Class IV → Class III → Class II → Class I → PP) If there is no student in any Class → ‘Not Applicable’ is shown against this Class after clicking on Student Promot
