With reference to the above mentioned subject, the undersigned would like to inform you that a survey regarding implementation of PEACOCK Model under CCE (Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation) has been decided to conduct by collecting response from HOIs & at least one Assistant Teacher from each school through Google Form (Link: https://forms.gle/wmTAeEz2RrN8oFAo7

).


You are requested to ask the HOIs & at least one Assistant Teacher from each school having Classes-I to VIII under your Circle jurisdiction to fill up the Google form through the said link online within 15th October, 2023 positively.







Dear Sir/Ma'am,


This is to inform you that a survey regarding implementation of PEACOCK model of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) has been decided to conduct by collecting response from Head of Institutions and Assistant Teachers through Google form. Accordingly You are requested to share the following link of Google form with all schools having Classes I-VIII in your district.

  West Bengal schools have been reopened after two years due to the epidemic. The Department of Education has come up with a special bridge material textbook to fill the gap of two years of study. Due to the pandemic, schools in West Bengal were closed for a long time. Normal reading has been reintroduced in schools. Instructions have come from the Board of Secondary Education for Summative evaluation 2022 in high schools . ______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. Clarification regarding eligibility for appearing in TET exam

  Those enrolled in the Teacher Training Course (TTC) are eligible to appear in the TET examination  There is no compulsion to appear in the final year or TET exam result. Any such student admitted to a teacher training course will be considered in the 'PURSUING' category. NCTE has issued a notification citing the order passed by the Supreme Court.   Till now students were considered eligible to take the TET exam only when they reached the final semester / year. That rule is changing, though. From now on you can sit for the TET exam only after enrolling in the course.   When this was litigated in the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court gave a broader interpretation to the term 'PURSUING'. NCTE issued this notification after this.
