The Utsashree portal was launched on 31st July. From 2nd August, teachers started applying for Online General Transfer and Online Mutual Transfer on Utsashree portal. Before the gazette notification was published, many teachers received General Transfer or Mutual Transfer through Utsashree portal. Although the Single Subject Teacher applied for General Transfer on Utsashree portal, the HOI of the school rejected their application.
