Student DCF entry on Banglar shiksha portal

New Student entry for the 2021-22 academic year has started at Banglar shiksha portal. How to make a student entry in Banglar Shiksha portal, is discussed below.


Before completing the student entry, complete the following topics first.

(A)

Fill DCF correctly.


Download DCF form from Banglar shiksha portal, fill it correctly.

You can take the help of the video below to know how to download and fill DCF.

The following are the documents that you will have to complete to fill a student's DCF.


  • One copy passport size photo (mandatory)


  • Birth certificate Xerox (mandatory)


  • Adhar card Xerox (not mandatory)


  • Blood group report (not mandatory)


  • Mobile Number (mandatory)


  • Caste certificate Xerox (mandatory)


  • Income certificate of family (not mandatory)


  • Guardian's last Qualification Document Xerox (not mandatory)


  • Bank passbook Xerox (not mandatory)


  • BPL No. (Not mandatory) 


  • Disability Certificate Xerox (not mandatory)

20kb photo created.


There will be no difficulty in creating 20 kb photo on computer or laptop. But it will be difficult to create 20 kb photo during New student entry on mobile. You can take the help of the video below to create 20kb photo with the help of mobile.

New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium.
