đAny teacher can take Medical Leave for personal illness.
đEmployees will receive 15 days of medical leave for one year.
Formula:
Suppose a teacher has been in employment for "N" years since joining.
So his total medical leave=(N-1)×15
However, there is an upper limit to medical Leave according to different types of teachers(Primary/upper/HS).
