How to create a routine on Banglar shiksha SMS portal?

Each school has one class routine in each class. Those class routines have to be added to the Banglar Shiksha sms portal. Otherwise, no teacher will have to create a class plan in Banglar Shiksha SMS portal.
Today I will show you how to create a class routine on the Banglar Shiksha sms portal.
And how to create a class plan in Banglar Shiksha sms portal based on the created class routine.
Before that we have to set the subject, otherwise we will not be able to create the routine.
For this, we have to login ( school) on the Banglar Shiksha sms portal.

Subject setup in Banglar Shiksha SMS portal.


Click the "Setup"  menu in the sidebar menu/Navigation menu.

Click on the Setup menu's "Subject"  option.

Except for the main subjects, there are some special periods in the school routine. Examples of Folk games (This is a compulsory period for Primary school), music, dance, gymnastics, etc.
These have to be added to the school subject. To add these you have to click on the "Add New Subject" option in the top right.

Type any of the above-mentioned objects. If one or more of the above-mentioned options comes down to your type, you will choose one of them.If no options are available then the subject code option will come up. Enter the subject code of your choice. Then click on the "Save" option.In that way, add special objects to the routine.

Setup class routine on Banglar shiksha sms portal.


Return to the sidebar again and click on "Academic" Options.

Click on the "Routine" option.


Choose  school-session,class, section and click on "search".

A new window will open.

For each period of the routine here, select one teacher from the box on the right and the teacher's subject in the box on the left.Then, in the routine, click on the box where the teacher's subject will be added to the period.This way, each period should be added to the routine.
Then "save".

In this way, the routine of each class has to be created.

When each class routine is created, log out and login to Banglar Shiksha SMS portal with the Teacher ID.

Click the "Academic"  option under the sidebar menu.

Click on "Routine" .


You will see your weekly routine and print it out.

Medical leave rules and conditions for Employees/teachers in west bengal

👉Any teacher can take Medical Leave for personal illness. 👉Employees will receive 15 days of medical leave for one year. Formula: Suppose a teacher has been in employment for "N"  years since joining. So his total medical leave=(N-1)×15 However, there is an upper limit to medical Leave according to different types of teachers(Primary/upper/HS). Merit list of SSC SLST 9-10 The School Service Commission (SSC) has published the revised merit list for the appointment of SLST 9-10 teachers on the orders of the Calcutta High Court.  The merit list was released on the Commission's website on Thursday evening.  The High Court had set a deadline of July 15 for the publication of this merit list.  The list has been published following that instruction.  Incidentally, in 2018, the process of recruitment of SLST IX-X teachers started.  About 11,800 vacancies were filled in seven counselling sessions.  However, the merit list published by the commission at that time did not include the name, ethnic identity and rank of the candidate.  Some of the candidates on the waiting list had filed a case in the Calcutta High Court challenging that.  Following the case, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay directed the SSC to publish the merit list with names and numbers.
