After becoming the Chief Minister for the third time, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee took a big initiative for the government employees. On this day, a notification was announced by the state government. According to the notification, festival bonus of Rs 4,500 will be given to state government employees in the academic year 2020-2021. This bonus is not only for those who are working, but also for the retired employees. The bonus amount for retired employees is 2500 rupees. This bonus will be given to the retired employees whose pension is below Rs. 31,000.
