Content of Notification: Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Memo No. 148/NVA/10/PBSSM/2019-20 Date:01/09/2022 Sub: Organizing "Nirmal Vidyalaya Pakhik 2022" Sir/Madam, 'Nirmal Vidyalaya Pakhik' is one of the most effective interventions under Nirmal Vidyalaya Abhiyan (NVA). Launched in 2012, the drive has been accorded with high acceptance and ownership by all stakeholders. The purpose of organizing Nirmal Vidyalaya Pakhik is to trigger a positive behavioral change communication process by engaging children as advocates for good practices. This year too, the School Education Department has decided to observe `Nirmal Vidyalaya Pakhik' in all the Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary schools including SSK, MSK, Madrasah from 15 Sept to 29 Sept 2022.
