Transfer out in Banglar Shiksha Portal


When a student from one school wants to be admitted in another school, it is mandatory to get a transfer certificate from Banglar Shiksha Portal. Otherwise, the student will not be able to get admission in any government school. So here I will show how to generate TC by transferring a student from Banglar Shiksha Portal.

Transfer out of Banglar shiksha portal



First you have to login to Banglar Shiksha e portal.


Click on "Student Management" in the Main Navigation bar.


Click on " Student Transfer out" option under Student Management.


Type the ID of the student who will take TC from the school in the Student Code bar of the "Student Transfer out" page and click on "Search Student".


Next, click on 'Transfer out' with the correct reason and Date of leaving on the Select Transfer Details page.


How to Download the Transfer Certificate from Banglar Shiksha Portal


After the transfer out is successful, you will return to Student Management. Click on the "List of transferred Students" option under Student Management.

If you click on the Download option along the row of the student who transferred out, TC will be generated.


Transfer in Banglar Shiksha Portal


When a student completes a terminal class from a school or is admitted to another school with TC, then the data of that student has to be fetched in the "Transfer in" option in Banglar Shiksha Portal.

First you have to login to Banglar Shiksha e portal.


Click on "Student Management" in the Main Navigation bar.


Click on "Student Transfer in" option under Student Management.


Type the ID of the student in the Student Code bar of the "Student Transfer in" page and click on "Search Student".


Fill in the Student Education Information page correctly and click on the "Fetch from Dropbox" option.

Merit list of SSC SLST 9-10 The School Service Commission (SSC) has published the revised merit list for the appointment of SLST 9-10 teachers on the orders of the Calcutta High Court.  The merit list was released on the Commission's website on Thursday evening.  The High Court had set a deadline of July 15 for the publication of this merit list.  The list has been published following that instruction.  Incidentally, in 2018, the process of recruitment of SLST IX-X teachers started.  About 11,800 vacancies were filled in seven counselling sessions.  However, the merit list published by the commission at that time did not include the name, ethnic identity and rank of the candidate.  Some of the candidates on the waiting list had filed a case in the Calcutta High Court challenging that.  Following the case, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay directed the SSC to publish the merit list with names and numbers. New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. Maternity Leave for West Bengal Primary and High School Teacher

In this blog, I have discussed Maternity Leave.  This leave is applicable to female teachers of primary and secondary schools, non-teaching female staff.  However, there are separate notifications for female teachers or non-teaching female staff of primary, secondary and higher secondary schools.  Through the Latest Notification of Maternity Leave, Maternity Leave of female employees of various departments has been increased to 180 days.
