"Reason for not transferred in" in Banglar Shiksha portal.

 It is informed that a new module has been implemented in Banglar Shiksha Portal for marking the reason in respect of the students who are not yet transferred in. 

All concerned are hereby requested to complete the transfer in procedure for the newly admitted students and thereafter reason is to be selected for the rest of the students for whom transfer in procedure would not be completed anyway.

How to complete "Reason for not transferred in" in Banglar Shiksha portal.

Step:-1

Login to HOI level (Banglar Shiksha e portal) and go to ‘Student Transfer out’ sub menu under ‘Student Management’ Menu.

Step: -2

Click on ‘Select Reason’ Button under ‘Reason for not transferred in" column.

Then the following screen will bedisplayed.

Step: -3

After selection of the reason from the drop-down list, Click ‘Submit’ button.

Then, a message ‘Reason has been successfully submitted’ will be displayed and the same will be visible in the “Reason for not transferred in” column.

Note: 

Option “Admitted in SSK” will only be available for general transferred out students of 

Class PP to Class IV and

Option “Admitted in MSK” will only be available for general transferred out students of class V to Class VIII and

terminal class transferred out students of class IV/V.
