Complete a student profile in Banglar Shiksha portal

 A new module has been added to the banglar shiksha portal. The name of this module is 'List of Students with incomplete profile'.


This new module is located in Student Management in Banglar Shiksha e portal.


In the 2021 academic year, there were four modules for new student entry in Banglar Shiksha portal.


  1. Student Entry.

  2. Student entry with Primary Details.

  3. Bulk Upload.

  4. Bulk Upload with primary details.


The list of students who were entered with the help of 2 or 4 number modules is in the new module,'List of Students with incomplete profile'.


How to complete a student profile in the new module in Banglar Shiksha portal?




You can follow the steps below.


  1. Note down or copy the code of the student whose profile you will complete.


  1. Open the "Student's profile Edit / Download" module in Student Management.


  1. Type or paste the student code and click on Search Student.


  1. When the Student Profile is open, click the edit button (green) at the top right.


  1. Clicking the Edit button will unlock the profile.


  1. Now complete the profile.


  1. Once the profile is edited, click on save details at the bottom.

The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. The applicant should go to ‘https://osms.wbsed.gov.in’ or https://banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/page/intra_ehrms/teacher_transfer_sec/teacher_transfer_login.php to submit his  application for transfer.  Online General Transfer process on Utsashree Portal (Primary School Teacher) The steps required to login to the system mentioned below –  OSMS Type – PRIMARY for primary school teacher.  After selecting OSMS Type then the applicant selects his/her school’s district and circle from drop down menu.  Then he/she can enter his/her unique ‘8 Digit’ employee code.  After that the applicant will be able to give his PAN number.  He/ She needs to enter the captcha code for security reasons.  After verifying all the data, he will get an OTP in his registered email & mobile.  After submitting the OTP to the system, the applicant can successfully log into the system for transfer.
