Complete a student profile in Banglar Shiksha portal

 A new module has been added to the banglar shiksha portal. The name of this module is 'List of Students with incomplete profile'.


This new module is located in Student Management in Banglar Shiksha e portal.


In the 2021 academic year, there were four modules for new student entry in Banglar Shiksha portal.


  1. Student Entry.

  2. Student entry with Primary Details.

  3. Bulk Upload.

  4. Bulk Upload with primary details.


The list of students who were entered with the help of 2 or 4 number modules is in the new module,'List of Students with incomplete profile'.


How to complete a student profile in the new module in Banglar Shiksha portal?




You can follow the steps below.


  1. Note down or copy the code of the student whose profile you will complete.


  1. Open the "Student's profile Edit / Download" module in Student Management.


  1. Type or paste the student code and click on Search Student.


  1. When the Student Profile is open, click the edit button (green) at the top right.


  1. Clicking the Edit button will unlock the profile.


  1. Now complete the profile.


  1. Once the profile is edited, click on save details at the bottom.

______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. Uniform Distribution on Banglar Shiksha Portal

  School Hol Login for Uniform SCMS on Banglar Shiksha Portal In the School Hol login, there would be 'Uniform SCMS' menu at the left menu panel clicking upon which following type of dashboard would appear. Hol in respect of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools has the responsibility to issue work orders in favour of concerned SHG and update the status of the same in the online system. Click on the 'Work Order Issued' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein.  Then click on 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG for which work order has been issued to update the status as 'Yes'. Following type of screen would appear in this regard. After getting delivery of the school uniforms, concerned Hol of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary School has the responsibility to acknowledge the same in the online system. The Calcutta High Court directed the CBI investigation in the corruption case in the appointment of primary teachers. 269 Primary Teachers have been dismissed from jobs. New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. We all know that the Department of Education has opened the Utsashree portal for general and mutual transfer to schools in front of the homes of teachers in West Bengal. Many teachers have got General or Mutual Transfer with the help of Utsashree portal. In addition, a golden opportunity has been created in the transfer of primary teachers in 2022. All primary schools that have surplus teachers have been ordered to be transferred.
