Complete a student profile in Banglar Shiksha portal

 A new module has been added to the banglar shiksha portal. The name of this module is 'List of Students with incomplete profile'.


This new module is located in Student Management in Banglar Shiksha e portal.


In the 2021 academic year, there were four modules for new student entry in Banglar Shiksha portal.


  1. Student Entry.

  2. Student entry with Primary Details.

  3. Bulk Upload.

  4. Bulk Upload with primary details.


The list of students who were entered with the help of 2 or 4 number modules is in the new module,'List of Students with incomplete profile'.


How to complete a student profile in the new module in Banglar Shiksha portal?




You can follow the steps below.


  1. Note down or copy the code of the student whose profile you will complete.


  1. Open the "Student's profile Edit / Download" module in Student Management.


  1. Type or paste the student code and click on Search Student.


  1. When the Student Profile is open, click the edit button (green) at the top right.


  1. Clicking the Edit button will unlock the profile.


  1. Now complete the profile.


  1. Once the profile is edited, click on save details at the bottom.

  Notification  Content of Notification : Subject:  Clearance of 'Not Certified' (NC) cases of the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) in respect of the in-service teachers. Under Section 29 of the NCTE Act, 1993, the Ministry of Education (Department of School Education & Literacy), Government of India has issued the direction vide F. ______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. Clarification regarding eligibility for appearing in TET exam

  Those enrolled in the Teacher Training Course (TTC) are eligible to appear in the TET examination  There is no compulsion to appear in the final year or TET exam result. Any such student admitted to a teacher training course will be considered in the 'PURSUING' category. NCTE has issued a notification citing the order passed by the Supreme Court.   Till now students were considered eligible to take the TET exam only when they reached the final semester / year. That rule is changing, though. From now on you can sit for the TET exam only after enrolling in the course.   When this was litigated in the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court gave a broader interpretation to the term 'PURSUING'. NCTE issued this notification after this.
