Function of Incentive option in Banglar Shiksha portal

Banglar Shiksha e-portal has added a new option called Incentives. This option has five parts.

Those are …...

1. Student wise Stock Distribution
2. Available Stock
3. Stock Received History
4. Stock Distribution History
5. Opening Stock Entry

Here you have to fill in the data of textbook, Exercise Book, Shoes and Bag distribution.

    Student wise Stock Distribution

In this part of Incentives, first fill in the following page and click on search option.

Select Purpose --

1. 2021 General Distribution 
2. 2020 Amphan

Incentive Category: *

-- Select Incentive Category -

1. Тextbook
2. Exercise Book
3. Shoes
4. Bag

Class: *

Medium: *

For Text Book:

You have to choose the textbook name of the class you want to select.

For Select Exercise Book

Select Exercise Book

Category-

1. Category (V-X)
2. Category (XI - XII)

Hit to👉Search

Clicking on the search option will open a new page.

For Text Book Distribution

In the case of each class on the new page, you have to select yes / No in the Incentive column along with each student's row.

For shoes Distribution

However, on the shoe Distribution page, you have to select the shoe size.

When the page is full, click on 'Save as Draft'.

Available Stock

You can know the stock number of Тextbook, Exercise Book, Shoes and Bag in the Available Stock option of Banglar Shiksha Portal.

Stock Received History

Received data of textbook, Exercise Book, Shoes and Bag can be found in the "Stock Received History" option of Banglar Shiksha Portal.

Clicking and selecting incentive category will get the received data.

Stock Distribution History

Distribution data of textbook, Exercise Book, Shoes and Bag can be found in the "Stock Distribution History" option of Banglar Shiksha Portal.

In this part of Incentives, first fill in the following page and click on the Submit option.
