Login to the teacher ID on the BanglarShiksha (CP or e-portal).

How to create Teacher login ID in Banglarshiksha?

Today I will explain how to login to the teacher ID on the BanglarShiksha (CP or e-portal).
First, login to the BanglarShiksha portal on the school.
*USERNAME- UDISE32 (Type the number 32 after the school's UDise code.
E.g.  111111111111132)
*PASSWORD- Type the school password
*Type captcha.
*Click on Sign in
A new window will open.
*Click on the top left navigation menu or 3line menu. 
The side-bar menu will open.
*Click on the "Employee Mgmt" option in the sidebar menu.
A pop-up window will open.
*Click on "Employee login creation" under "Employee Mgmt" option.
A new window will open.
Login to the teacher ID on the BanglarShiksha

*Select Teacher-Click here and select Teacher.
*New Password- create a strong password and note down it.
Example of a strong password: Freedom@1947
*Confirm password- type new password.
*Click on "Create".
Clicking on the "Create" option will bring up the text below.
Teacher login added successfully login id XXXXXX.
Note down this id.
Again open Banglarshiksha CP.

USERNAME- Teacher ID.
PASSWORD- Teacher password.
Type captcha.
Click on Sign in.

 🏫 Mutual Transfer of Primary Teachers through UTSASHREE Portal Latest Update from West Bengal Board of Primary Education – July 2025 The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has announced a significant update regarding the mutual transfer of primary teachers through the UTSASHREE Portal. In reference to the School Education Department’s Memo No. 430-Sc/G dated 17.06.2025, a revised mechanism has been introduced to simplify the transfer process. 🔄 What’s New? It is informed that besides direct online data entry, provision for bulk uploading of data in respect of students’ DCF entry in Banglar Shiksha Portal has now been enabled in a modified excel format which is available in the home page as well as in the ‘Bulk Upload’ menu under HOI login in the portal. New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. Primary & High School teachers get different types of leave during their Service life.  The Government has its own circular according to the Department about all those leaves.  As such, the School Education Department (Elementary and Secondary Branch) has a specific memorandum on all leaves, where the Rules & Regulations of all leaves are mentioned.  School Education Department Primary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 453-SE(Pry.), Dated- 04/05/1999 and Secondary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 1541-Edn(S)/21-2/77, Dated-  15/12/1977 and here the Leave Rules of Non-teaching Staff are also mentioned. ______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. Marks entry in Banglar shiksha SMS portal and server problem

  State Education Department has extended the deadline for Model Activity Compilation (Final) 2021 marks entry on Banglar shiksha SMS portal. Marks of final activity task of Banglar shiksha e-portal from class I to class IX have been extended by one week. December 15th was the last day to upload student numbers. Which has been increased to 23 December by the school education department. Teachers were repeatedly complaining that they were having difficulty in entering marks due to server down of sms portal. Although the deadline for entry of marks in the SMS portal has been extended, but still no teacher is able to login to the SMS portal. As a result, they are not able to enter marks in the SMS portal. It is not yet known from the education department how long it will take to solve the problem of the portal.
