School Education Department Launches eOffice Login System
To enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in digital administration, the School Education Department of West Bengal has introduced the eOffice system for all District Inspectors of Schools across the state.
Key Highlights
- New Official Email IDs and eOffice Login IDs have been created and activated for all District Inspectors of Schools.
- The initiative aims to facilitate seamless digital communication among District Offices, the Directorate of School Education (DSE), and the School Education Department (SED).
- All official files and correspondence will now be processed through the eOffice platform, reducing paperwork and improving efficiency.
- Officers can access the system through the Parichay Portal: https://parichay.nic.in
- First-time users will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number to set up their password and activate their login credentials.
- Subject-wise routing of e-files has been introduced to ensure quicker processing and reduce delays.
- Dedicated officers have been assigned for departments such as Administration, Grants-in-Aid, Law, Rural Primary Education, Anglo-Indian Education, Training, and Examination.
- Orientation and training programs will be organized for District Inspectors to familiarize them with the eOffice system.
