Higher secondary exam 2023 question paper and answer sheet

Taking into account the feedback and suggestions of students, examiners and chief examiners regarding Higher Secondary (HS 2023) Examination 2023 question papers and answer sheets, WBCHSE has taken the following decision:



 1) Higher Secondary (HS 2023) Examination will have only one question paper instead of separate Part-A and Part-B (Question Cum Answer Booklet).  As a result, there is no need to add Part-A and Part-B at the end of the exam.


 2) There is only one answer sheet for writing answers to the questions (one question paper) just like the answer sheet of XI annual examination.  Where the candidates will write the answers.  No answer can be written in the question paper.

Clarification regarding eligibility for appearing in TET exam

  Those enrolled in the Teacher Training Course (TTC) are eligible to appear in the TET examination  There is no compulsion to appear in the final year or TET exam result. Any such student admitted to a teacher training course will be considered in the 'PURSUING' category. NCTE has issued a notification citing the order passed by the Supreme Court.   Till now students were considered eligible to take the TET exam only when they reached the final semester / year. That rule is changing, though. From now on you can sit for the TET exam only after enrolling in the course.   When this was litigated in the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court gave a broader interpretation to the term 'PURSUING'. NCTE issued this notification after this. ______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department.  🏫 Mutual Transfer of Primary Teachers through UTSASHREE Portal Latest Update from West Bengal Board of Primary Education – July 2025 The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has announced a significant update regarding the mutual transfer of primary teachers through the UTSASHREE Portal. In reference to the School Education Department’s Memo No. 430-Sc/G dated 17.06.2025, a revised mechanism has been introduced to simplify the transfer process. 🔄 What’s New?
