Uniform Distribution on Banglar Shiksha Portal

 School Hol Login for Uniform SCMS on Banglar Shiksha Portal

In the School Hol login, there would be 'Uniform SCMS' menu at the left menu panel clicking upon which following type of dashboard would appear.





Hol in respect of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools has the responsibility to issue work orders in favour of concerned SHG and update the status of the same in the online system.


Click on the 'Work Order Issued' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein. 

Then click on 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG for which work order has been issued to update the status as 'Yes'. Following type of screen would appear in this regard.




After getting delivery of the school uniforms, concerned Hol of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher

Secondary School has the responsibility to acknowledge the same in the online system. To do the same, click on the 'Uniform Received Acknowledgement' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein. Then click on the 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG which has already delivered uniforms to update the status as 'Yes'. Following type of screen would appear in this regard.





This excel sheet ☝️ has been designed keeping in mind the govt instruction regarding quantity of each type of uniform for each class.

HOIs just need to put the enrolment in their respective columns,and they will get the required set of uniforms automatically.

After that,They just have to write down those figures in the blank work order.

Madhyamik exam result 2020

Finally, the Madhyamik Exam result is going to be published. If all goes well, the Honorable President of the board will announce the Madhyamik Exam result in a virtual conference tomorrow(15/07/2020) at 10 am. Madhyamik Exam started on 18/02/2020 and ended on 27/02/2020. Madhyamik Exam results will be published on 15/07/2020. Delete or deactivate a student from Banglar shiksha portal

A new module has been added to Banglar Shiksha e-Portal. This new module is called "Delete Student". This module can be used to delete / deactivate a student's ID. In which cases can the "Delete Student" module be used? Duplicate : If a student enters the Banglar Shiksha Portal more than once, the school will have to delete the duplicate id by keeping the correct ID Wrongly Uploaded :  Id is generated with wrong information during data entry of a student in Banglar Shiksha Portal, then the Id of that student has to be deleted or Deactivated.
