Login to HOI level and go to ‘Finalization of Beneficiary & Certification’ Sub menu under ‘Student Management' Menu, the following screen shot has been displayed for this purpose.

After verifying the beneficiary list, click on ‘Finalize’ button to freeze the data. Click on ‘OK’ button to ensure that you want to finalize the beneficiary list. It is noted that if the data is finalized once, that cannot be modified afterwards. The following screen shot has been displayed for this purpose.

After clicking on ‘OK ‘ button a message will be generated stating that the beneficiary details have been successfully submitted. Following screen shot reflects the same.

To download the beneficiary list in excel format, click on ‘Excel Download’ button.

Click on ‘Download Certificate Format’ button to avail the beneficiary list and the certificate of the HoI in PDF format. Such a format will be generated as depicted below.

After downloading the certificate format, the same is to be signed by the HoI with office seal in every page and to be scanned (all pages serially) to create a single PDF file within 2 MB size which is to be uploaded through ‘Upload’ button in the ‘Certificate Upload’ section to complete the process. Following screenshot has been displayed for this purpose.

Finally, click on ‘Certificate Download’ button and download the certificate in PDF format.

______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. Medical leave rules and conditions for Employees/teachers in west bengal

👉Any teacher can take Medical Leave for personal illness. 👉Employees will receive 15 days of medical leave for one year. Formula: Suppose a teacher has been in employment for "N"  years since joining. So his total medical leave=(N-1)×15 However, there is an upper limit to medical Leave according to different types of teachers(Primary/upper/HS). Merit list of SSC SLST 9-10 The School Service Commission (SSC) has published the revised merit list for the appointment of SLST 9-10 teachers on the orders of the Calcutta High Court.  The merit list was released on the Commission's website on Thursday evening.  The High Court had set a deadline of July 15 for the publication of this merit list.  The list has been published following that instruction.  Incidentally, in 2018, the process of recruitment of SLST IX-X teachers started.  About 11,800 vacancies were filled in seven counselling sessions.  However, the merit list published by the commission at that time did not include the name, ethnic identity and rank of the candidate.  Some of the candidates on the waiting list had filed a case in the Calcutta High Court challenging that.  Following the case, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay directed the SSC to publish the merit list with names and numbers.
