First you need to login to the iosms portal.
Festival Bonus requisition

Hit the "Transaction Directory Management" option.
Hitting "Transaction Directory Management" option will open the following options.

SUBMIT/FINALIZE SALARY REQUISITION.
VIEW SALARY REQUISITION.
PRINT EMPLOYEE'S MONTHLY SALARY STATEMENT.
SUBMIT BONUS REQUISITION.

Hit the "SUBMIT BONUS REQUISITION" option here.

Hitting the "SUBMIT BONUS REQUISITION" option will open a new page.

Select the correct option at each drop down box of the new page.

Type of Bonus
Please Select
Select Year
Please Select

Click on Submit.

Submitting will open a new page.
This page will have a list of school teachers or working employees.
Each teacher or employee on this list must click the "NO" option along the row(in the "whether eligible to get Bonus" column).

Clicking on the "NO" option will show both YES and NO options.Now select the "YES" option.

Selecting the "YES" option will highlight "Check eligibility" in the Action column.

Now if you click on "Check eligibility", the teacher's salary details will open.
Festival Bonus requisition

If the teacher's Bonus Amount is 0, then return to the previous page(Teacher's list)by clicking "Cancel".
After returning to the previous page(Teacher's list), select "NO" in the "whether eligible to get Bonus" column.
Then click on the "Save" button in the "Action" column.Once saved, Bonus Amount 0 will be displayed.
Festival Bonus requisition

If the teacher's Bonus Amount 4200 is seen, then click on the "Submit" button( in the "Teacher Salary details" page).
After submitting, click on the "save" button in the "Action" column on the previous page(in Teacher's list).Bonus Amount 4200 will be displayed.

Thus, after saving the Bonus Amount of each teacher, click on "Sent to DDO".
After sent, the following message will be highlighted.
Festival Bonus requisition has been sent to DDO successfully.


How to download Festival Bonus requisition,2020

First you need to login to the iosms portal.

Hit the "Report Generation" option.
Hitting "Report Generation" option will open the following options.
CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT (PDF)
EMPLOYEE DETAILS (EXCEL)
PAY SLIP GENERATION (PDF)
ANNUAL STATEMENT (PDF)
DEDUCTION STATEMENT (PDF)
DOWNLOAD COURT CASE BENEFICIARY (EXCEL)
BONUS REQUISITION DETAILS (PDF)
EMPLOYEE BASIC CHANGE DETAILS VIEW

Hit the "BONUS REQUISITION DETAILS (PDF)" option here.
Hitting the "BONUS REQUISITION DETAILS (PDF)" option will open a new page.

Select the correct option at each drop down box of the new page.

  10C Section regarding teachers' transfer (Supreme court order) Relief of teachers transferred away in teacher transfer case in Supreme Court.  The court said that before the implementation of Section 10-C of the Teacher Recruitment Act in the state, those employed are not covered by transfer.  During the hearing of this transfer case on Monday, the court asked the state why the working teachers were transferred 200 km away (Kolkata to Murshidabad)?  The court observed, 'There are many women in this profession.  So this is how we are thinking about the transfer. The Supreme Court said as an interim order during the hearing , that the teachers who have been transferred to neighbouring areas can continue teaching.  Rest of those transferred away can wait for further instructions.  However, those who have joined the job after the introduction of Section 10-C, are not getting any relief for now.  The state has been directed to submit an affidavit within the next 4 weeks regarding

______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. Please change the medium of instruction of the student(s) concerned from e-Portal (through 'Update Student's Basic Details' / 'Student's Profile Edit / Download sub-menu under 'Student Management' menu in Hol login) Then click on 'Update Student Details' to synchronise students' information in the SMS portal.If required data is updated in e-Portal, that would also be updated in SMS Portal in this way. Uniform Distribution on Banglar Shiksha Portal

  School Hol Login for Uniform SCMS on Banglar Shiksha Portal In the School Hol login, there would be 'Uniform SCMS' menu at the left menu panel clicking upon which following type of dashboard would appear. Hol in respect of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools has the responsibility to issue work orders in favour of concerned SHG and update the status of the same in the online system. Click on the 'Work Order Issued' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein.  Then click on 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG for which work order has been issued to update the status as 'Yes'. Following type of screen would appear in this regard. After getting delivery of the school uniforms, concerned Hol of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary School has the responsibility to acknowledge the same in the online system.   A memorandum regarding Admission has been published on 25/11/2020 from School Education Department (W.B.) in Banglar Shiksha Portal. The issues mentioned in this memorandum are briefly discussed here. Admission rules in Schools for Elementary Classes According to the RTE Act 2009, all children between the ages of 6 and 14 must be admitted to a suitable class in a neighborhood school. Primary education, including pre-primary education, will be provided free of charge. It has been decided that admission in primary class including pre-primary class will be admitted through draw of lots if the number of candidates admitted in any one class exceeds the number of seats available for admission.   Educational institutions in West Bengal were closed for two years due to the pandemic. It has finally been opened to students in primary schools from February 2022. But the education department has brought a special bridge material to fill the gap of two years of study for the students. This bridge material has the concept of important topics of the previous two classes. This bridge material is named " Shekhar setu" (শেখার সেতু) . "Shekhar Setu" (শেখার সেতু) textbooks or bridge materials will be provided from first grade to fifth grade.
