Finally, the Madhyamik Exam result is going to be published. If all goes well, the Honorable President of the board will announce the Madhyamik Exam result in a virtual conference tomorrow(15/07/2020) at 10 am.
Madhyamik Exam started on 18/02/2020 and ended on 27/02/2020. Madhyamik Exam results will be published on 15/07/2020. So the Madhyamik Exam results are going to be published four and a half months after the end of the Madhyamik Exam.

How to Check WB 10th Result 2020?
The West Bengal Madhyamik result in 2020 can be checked in the following manner.

  3. Enter the required credentials required for viewing the result sheet.
  4. Verify and click on the “Submit” button.
  5. Result will be displayed on the screen.

When will the marksheet be given to the Madhyamik students?

President Kalyanmoy Ganguly said that the marksheet will be given on July 22.
Marksheets will not be given to the students. Parents have to come to get the marksheet. Marksheets and certificates will be distributed in accordance with the rules of social distance in the epidemic.49 camp offices to distribute Marksheets on July 22 from 10 am onwards. 


"Therefore the Board declares that camps shall be held in all districts on 22nd
July, 2020 and all schools shall deliver original copies of mark sheets and
certificates to the guardians of the examinees on 22n and 23d July, 2020.
However, in keeping with the prevailing situation of COVID 19 as well with
the necessity to hand over to the students their long awaited result of first Board
examination it is important to follow the following guidelines. Any deviation from
this may endanger the process in face of the ongoing pandemic.
The salient points are as follow;
• All schools that shall function as camp offices in the districts shall be well
sanitized with immediate effect. The classrooms to be used for preservation
and distribution of documents, common spaces, toilets, parking and drinking
water zones shall be properly sanitized. Concemed school authority shall
take necessary measures in this regard. Board's regional offices and district
conveners shall immediately contact the school authorities and monitor the
process.
• The vehicles to be used for carrying these documents to respective schools
shall be sanitized by school authorities.
• All staffs / teachers distributing and receiving documents in the camps shall
wear masks and maintain COVID-19 norms / protocol. Patience and
discipline is required to complete the process peacefully maintaining social
distance.
• All schools shall immediately be sanitized likewise.
• Before the documents reach, school authority shall make a slot wise
schedule for distribution of mark sheets and certificates to avoid unnecessary
gathering at the same time. Depending on the number of students, hourly
slots shall be divided to enable optimum social distance during distribution
of result. The concerned schools shall take suitable steps to inform all
concerned i.e. teachers, staffs, guardians and students.
In the notice issued by school authority guardians shall be requested to
collect Mark sheet and Certificate on behalf of students to save the later
from exposure.
• In the notice school authority shall clearly mention the slots with roll
numbers. In this way guardians will know exactly when to report to school
for collection of result.
• School authority shall clearly mention in their notice all COVID protocol of
wearing mask and maintaining social distance by all guardians, teuchers and
staffs on the day of result distribution.
• Guardians shall come with proper identification and relationship proof
with ward shall be established through documentary evidence. He/she
shall also bring admit card and registration certificate of ward. No student
should accompany the Guardian for the purpose of collecting Mark sheet
and Certificate, to the school.
• During distribution of result in schools, wearing of masks, sanitizing hands
and maintaining social distance shall be made mandatory for all.
• Special arrangement shall be made for those students whose guardian fail to
tum up due to ailment or issues related with COVID-19, the results shall be
handed over to them by sending special messenger to their house in the same
way as Mid-day Meal. Proper receipt shall be taken by school.
• The entire process of school sanitization and distribution of result in slots
shall be monitored by the DI (SE), under overall guidance of concemed
District Magistrate.
• The District Magistrates / Superintendents of Police / Commissioners of
Police are requested to extend suitable support as and when needed and
supervise / guide the entire process for its smooth completion.
• Any problem with regard to the matter shall be forthwith reported to the
Board at the following numbers :

In view of result distribution of M.P. (S.E.) 2020 on 22/07/2020 and 24/07/2020 ( instead of
23/07/2020 due to lock down in the State ) and also with regard to upcoming admission to
class XI it is here in ordered that all teachers and non- teaching staff shall attend school on
the above days and also as and when directed by the Head of Institutions. The Head of the
Institution shall make a roster so as to ensure at least fifty percent teachers' presence in the
school on each day to assist in the process. All stipulated precautions related to hand
sanitisation, use of mask and social distance, following Covid-19 precautions must be
observed within the schools. Any non-compliance with regard to this may be reported to the Board. However there shall be relaxation for teachers who reside within existing containment zones.
This order is in public interest and shall have immediate effect.

Rules for RTI of Madhyamik exam result.

Please Note Some Important Points:
  1. Your Application must reach to the respective Regional Office of the Board office within 100 days from the date of publication of result of M.P.(S.E.),2020 i.e. within 23rd October, 2020, failing which your application shall not be entertained.
  2. Photo Copy of Admit Card and Mark Sheet must be attached with the application.
  3. Only certified photocopy of answer scripts(s), as prayed for, under RTI Act, 2005 will be handed over to the candidate or his/her natural or legal guardian. No third party will be allowed to obtain certified photocopy of Answer script(s).
  4. No request for inspection of answer script(s) shall be entertained.
  5. For supply of certified photocopy of answer script(s), a photocopy charge of Rs. 2.00only as processing fees shall be applicable per page, which must be deposited by the candidate concerned against the receipt of Challan at the respective Regional Office of the Board.
  6. The applicant will be informed the date and time of Collection of Certified Copy of Written Answer Scripts through by Post or over Phone.
  7. If the applicant have applied for PPS/PPR, in that case the RTI Application for Certified Copies can be done just after the publication of PPS/PPR result.
  8. The Application under RTI Act 2005 is only to collect Certified Copies of Written Answer Scripts. There is no connection of re-evaluation with the Application under RTI Act 2005.
  9. The application shall be treated as rejected if there is no court fees and/or full signature of the applicant is found.
  10. No application fees is required for the candidate belongs to the B.P.L. Category as must be per RT Act, 2005. In that case photocopy of necessary certificate attached with his/her application.
  11. On receipt of prayer regarding any wrong total/wrong caging/unmarked answer, if detected, the same shall be rectified without any extra charge, if applied for within 30 days from the date of receipt of their certified photocopy of answer script(s) and not beyond the stipulated period, under any circumstances.

NOTIFICATION
1. The schools having class XI & XII & afiliated to the West Bengal Council of
Higher Secondary Education, are instructed to issue a notice regarding
admission process to Class XI for Pass out candidates of Madhyamik Priksha
(SE), 2020 by 20th July 2020 for their own students as well as for the students
who wanted to be admitted from other institutions.
2. Selection of the candidates should be according to the merit.
3. Admission of their own students should start on and from Ist August 2020 and
be completed by the 10th August, 2020.
4. Admission of the students coming from other institutions should start on and
from 1Ith August, 2020 and be completed by the 31st August, 2020.
S. Students shall be discouraged to attend admission process and their guardians
with proper identity documents may be encouraged to complete the process on
their behalf, maintaining Covid-19 protocol strictly, like compulsory wearing
of mask properly and maintenance of social distance etc.
6. The Seat of any stream in Class XI should not be fewer than previous year.
7. In case of any further clarifications, schools authorities may get in touch with
concemed District Inspector of Schools (SE).
8. The school authorities must maintain COVID-19 norms/protocol and the
guidelines issued by the government from time to time.
9. The District Magistrates/Superintendents of Police/Commissioners of Police
are requested to extend all possible support to the District Inspectors of Schools
(SE) and the school authorities, for smooth completion of the entire process.

PPS & PPR result of Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2020 

PPS /PPR will be published on 21th October, 2020.

The concerned candidates will get the results from their schools where from they were sent up. 

The concerned schools will collect their results from the respective Regional Offices of the Board on and from 3rd November, 2020. 

The results of PPS & PPR will also be available through the following websites from 1 p.m. on 21.10.2020.
