I have published this blog about how to create an assignment Module file and how to upload a created file to the Banglar Shiksha portal.

Assignment file format and Size

Before creating an assignment Module file, you need to know the structure and nature of the file.
File size- 2 MB
Format- png/jpg/pdf/txt

Create Assignment File

We use a variety of tools to create assignment module files.Here I will show you how to create an assignment module using Google docs.Google docs can easily create pdf files on mobile and beautifully designed.

🔴First we need to install the Google docs tools from the Google play store.
🔴Open Google docs on your phone.
Click the plus icon at the  left of the Google docs.
🔴When you click the plus icon, three options will pop up.
🔴Click on the "New docs file" option.

Create the file according to the text and design guidelines shown in the image below.


Assignment file Share to Google Drive

When the content of the assignment is written and designed, the file must be shared on Google Drive.How to share the Assignment File from Google docs to Google Drive?
Share the file according to guidelines shown in the image below.

Upload the Assignment file to the Banglar Shiksha portal

Home District transfer for primary school teacher

______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. An action taken report has to be positively sent to this end within a week. This has the approval of the appropriate authority. This matter should be treated as MOST URGENT." Click here

Uniform Distribution on Banglar Shiksha Portal

  School Hol Login for Uniform SCMS on Banglar Shiksha Portal In the School Hol login, there would be 'Uniform SCMS' menu at the left menu panel clicking upon which following type of dashboard would appear. Hol in respect of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools has the responsibility to issue work orders in favour of concerned SHG and update the status of the same in the online system. Click on the 'Work Order Issued' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein.  Then click on 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG for which work order has been issued to update the status as 'Yes'. Following type of screen would appear in this regard. After getting delivery of the school uniforms, concerned Hol of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary School has the responsibility to acknowledge the same in the online system. Merit list of SSC SLST 9-10 and 11-12

Merit list of SSC SLST 9-10 The School Service Commission (SSC) has published the revised merit list for the appointment of SLST 9-10 teachers on the orders of the Calcutta High Court.  The merit list was released on the Commission's website on Thursday evening.  The High Court had set a deadline of July 15 for the publication of this merit list.  The list has been published following that instruction.  Incidentally, in 2018, the process of recruitment of SLST IX-X teachers started.  About 11,800 vacancies were filled in seven counselling sessions.  However, the merit list published by the commission at that time did not include the name, ethnic identity and rank of the candidate.  Some of the candidates on the waiting list had filed a case in the Calcutta High Court challenging that.  Following the case, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay directed the SSC to publish the merit list with names and numbers.
