New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. Please change the medium of instruction of the student(s) concerned from e-Portal (through 'Update Student's Basic Details' / 'Student's Profile Edit / Download sub-menu under 'Student Management' menu in Hol login) Then click on 'Update Student Details' to synchronise students' information in the SMS portal.If required data is updated in e-Portal, that would also be updated in SMS Portal in this way. Primary & High School teachers get different types of leave during their Service life.  The Government has its own circular according to the Department about all those leaves.  As such, the School Education Department (Elementary and Secondary Branch) has a specific memorandum on all leaves, where the Rules & Regulations of all leaves are mentioned.  School Education Department Primary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 453-SE(Pry.), Dated- 04/05/1999 and Secondary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 1541-Edn(S)/21-2/77, Dated-  15/12/1977 and here the Leave Rules of Non-teaching Staff are also mentioned. Uniform Distribution on Banglar Shiksha Portal

  School Hol Login for Uniform SCMS on Banglar Shiksha Portal In the School Hol login, there would be 'Uniform SCMS' menu at the left menu panel clicking upon which following type of dashboard would appear. Hol in respect of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools has the responsibility to issue work orders in favour of concerned SHG and update the status of the same in the online system. Click on the 'Work Order Issued' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein.  Then click on 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG for which work order has been issued to update the status as 'Yes'. Following type of screen would appear in this regard. After getting delivery of the school uniforms, concerned Hol of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary School has the responsibility to acknowledge the same in the online system.
