During the worship of Saraswati, the Chief Minister announced that from now on, teachers will get posting in their own district. When will that process begin? Education Minister Parth Chattopadhyay today said. He said that the process of posting of teachers in their own district would start from 1st April . But at this point, the process is being introduced for the teachers at the Primary level. In this case, teachers will have the opportunity to transfer to different schools, considering the student-teacher ratio and vacancies. For those who have already applied for a transfer, the matter will be seen first.

The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. Primary & High School teachers get different types of leave during their Service life.  The Government has its own circular according to the Department about all those leaves.  As such, the School Education Department (Elementary and Secondary Branch) has a specific memorandum on all leaves, where the Rules & Regulations of all leaves are mentioned.  School Education Department Primary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 453-SE(Pry.), Dated- 04/05/1999 and Secondary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 1541-Edn(S)/21-2/77, Dated-  15/12/1977 and here the Leave Rules of Non-teaching Staff are also mentioned. Allowance for polling personnel in West Bengal Assembly elections 2021

  This time the allowance of polling personnel is not increasing in the assembly election. During the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the presiding officers had an allowance of Rs 350 per day and the polling officers Rs 250 per day. That allowance is in this assembly election. However, this time Rs 170 will be paid for the cost of food on the day of polling. It is Rs 20 more than before. Polling personnel are naturally upset as the allowance has not been increased. Currently the market price of everything has gone up. The Election Commission has issued a notification regarding the allowance.
