WBBPE ONLINE PROFORMA APPLICATION SUBMISSION SYSTEM FOR ISSUE OF TET PASS CERTIFICATE


This page will enable a user to get himself registered with the system. The User Id issued by the system will become the unique ID of the applicant.

(This procedure will allow a user to complete the different steps in the form fill-up process over a period of time.)


After entering the shared URL in the browser, the above window will be appeared. For new user Click on the ‘New User Registration’. Now the following screen will appear.


Here candidate will enter his/her Enrolment No & press Verify button. After successful verification his/her following information will be displayed on the screen:

• Email Address

• Mobile No.

Here the candidate can edit his/her Email Address & Mobile No.


Please refer the following screenshot:


The candidate will press the SEND OTP button. Then OTP will be sent to the Mobile No. of the candidate. The candidate after receiving OTP will enter the same and press the VERIFY OTP button.



Then the following screen will be displayed.

Then the candidate will enter the captcha & press CAPTCHA VERIFY button. After successful verification of captcha, the candidate will click on the Register button.


The candidate needs to click on the YES button . Then The following screen will be displayed.


Simultaneously User Id & Password will be sent to the Registered Email Id of the candidate.


Existing User Login


This page will ask a candidate to enter his/her User Id and password to login into his/her account

The system will authenticate the entered User Id & Password from the database. If both User Id & Password are valid then the system will take the user into his/her landing page.


If either User Id or Password is wrong, then an error message will be displayed on the Login Screen ‘Entered User Id or password is incorrect.’ 


After successful login the following page will be displayed with following fields:


As all the Requisite data are not available for all the candidates, the system will display the data from the database where available & those data cannot be editable. The candidate will be allowed to enter unavailable data only.


After filling up the information the candidate will press the Save & Preview button to save the data in the database. After saving following Preview page will be displayed:


After viewing the Preview page, if the candidate finds that there is any error in the fields where he/she has entered the data, he/she can press the Edit button to rectify the information.

When the candidate is satisfied with the information in the Preview page, he/she can press the Submit button to submit the information. 


After submission of information, no modification will be possible.After submission of information, Download Application Form will be visible. The candidate can press this button to download his/her filled in Application Form in PDF format.

Change Password

After Login the candidate can change his/her password by pressing Change Password Link. The following page will be displayed:


The candidate needs to enter the following fields & press Change Password button:

1. New Password

2. Confirm Password 

4. Forgot Password


The candidate can press the Forgot Password Link in the Login page to receive his/her password. The following page will be displayed:

If the entered details match with the systems database, the system will send the last saved password of the applicant into his registered email. Thereafter the system will display a thank you screen wherein it will mention that the password has been sent to his/her registered email.

NOTIFICATION FOR RECTIFIED / MODIFIED / UPGRADED ONLINE SYSTEM FOR SUBMISSION OF PARTICULARS FOR ISSUE OF TET 2014 PASS CERTIFICATES IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ORDER OF THE HONOURABLE CALCUTTA HIGH COURT


NOTIFICATION IN RESPECT OF THE TET QUALIFIED AND D.EL.ED PASSED CANDIDATES OF THE SESSION 2019-2021 FOR ISSUE OF TET-2014 PASS CERTIFICATE



West Bengal Board of Primary Education has released an important notification regarding Primary TET Certificate.  This important notification provides special instructions for job aspirants who have passed Primary TET-2014 and D El.Ed in the academic year 2019-2021.  West Bengal Board of Primary Education is providing offline option for those job aspirants who passed TET 2014 and D.El.Ed in 2019-21 academic year who are not able to apply online for TET certificate.

 The notification said that several documents should be submitted to the office of the Board of Primary Education between 16th to 18th of August.  The xerox copies of the documents to be submitted basically are –

  1. Photocopy of TET Admit Card.

  2. Photocopy of Downloaded document of TET-Qualification / proof of TET-2014 qualification.

  3. Photocopy of the MarkSheet & Certificate of H.S. or Equivalent Examination. 4. Copy of the Mark Sheet of D.EL.Ed. Training for the session 2019-2021.

  4. Photocopy of the Voter ID Card/AADHAAR CARD

Of all the job candidates who passed the TET in 2014, those who are trained will be given TET pass certificate from WBBPE.The Board of Primary Education has issued a notification in this regard. That is where the announcement was made.

NOTIFICATION


In compliance with the order of the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court passed on 03.02.2022, it is hereby notified that the West Bengal Board of Primary Education will issue TET-2014 PASS CERTIFICATES to the TET-2014 qualified and trained candidates on submission of the online application in the prescribed Proforma in the dedicated portal to be opened shortly.


However, any TET 2014 qualified and trained candidate having 4 or 5 as the third digit in the nine digit TET-2014 Roll Number may apply through speed post for refund of TET-2014 application fees with a copy of the payment/deposit slip if they are not desirous of obtaining the Certificate of Teacher Eligibility Test in future.

In continuation of our notification under memo no. 592/BPE/2022 dated 22.04.2022 this is to notify that the Dedicated Portal for Online Applications for TET-2014 Pass Certificate in compliance with the order of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta passed on 03.02.2022 has been activated.

The TET-2014 qualified and trained candidates having training qualifications as per NCTE notification/orders are requested to submit their particulars in the online proforma-application available in the following two websites:

THIS IS FURTHER TO NOTIFY THAT THE TET-2014 EMPANELLED CANDIDATES NEED NOT APPLY.

HELPLINE: If any applicant faces any difficulty in uploading data, she/he should email to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education at secretary.wbbpe@gmail.com. communicating the area/s of difficulty.

The applicants are requested to visit any of the two aforementioned websites and click on the link "TET-2014 PASS CERTIFICATE FOR THE TET-2014 QUALIFIED AND TRAINED CANDIDATES" to enter into the dedicated portal.

The portal shall remain active from 30.05.2022 to 13.06.2022.

  10C Section regarding teachers' transfer (Supreme court order) Relief of teachers transferred away in teacher transfer case in Supreme Court.  The court said that before the implementation of Section 10-C of the Teacher Recruitment Act in the state, those employed are not covered by transfer.  During the hearing of this transfer case on Monday, the court asked the state why the working teachers were transferred 200 km away (Kolkata to Murshidabad)?  The court observed, 'There are many women in this profession.  So this is how we are thinking about the transfer. The Supreme Court said as an interim order during the hearing , that the teachers who have been transferred to neighbouring areas can continue teaching.  Rest of those transferred away can wait for further instructions.  However, those who have joined the job after the introduction of Section 10-C, are not getting any relief for now.  The state has been directed to submit an affidavit within the next 4 weeks regarding

______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly.   A memorandum regarding Admission has been published on 25/11/2020 from School Education Department (W.B.) in Banglar Shiksha Portal. The issues mentioned in this memorandum are briefly discussed here. Admission rules in Schools for Elementary Classes According to the RTE Act 2009, all children between the ages of 6 and 14 must be admitted to a suitable class in a neighborhood school. Primary education, including pre-primary education, will be provided free of charge.   Educational institutions in West Bengal were closed for two years due to the pandemic. It has finally been opened to students in primary schools from February 2022. But the education department has brought a special bridge material to fill the gap of two years of study for the students. Calculate the arrears of DA of West Bengal government employees and teachers

On 20th May, the Calcutta High Court directed the state government to settle the arrears of DA of West Bengal state government employees within 3 months. Now the difference between the DA of state employees and central government employees is 31%.  The Calcutta High Court has given a historic verdict in the DA case. State government employees have returned the smile on their faces. The High Court's decision in the original case was based on the Fifth Pay Commission. The more the central government raises the DA, the more the state government employees lag behind. As a result, the pay gap between central and state government employees has widened. The central government implemented the seventh pay commission from January 1, 2022. Now central government employees are getting 34% DA of their basic salary.
