Activity task of February 2022 of Banglar Shiksha Portal

 Every school in West Bengal is still closed due to the epidemic.

The Government of West Bengal has been uploading Model activity tasks on Banglar Shiksha portal to fill the gap in reading of students. In February, as in other months, the Department of School Education uploaded Model activity tasks for students on Banglar Shiksha portal.

Every school has to download the activity task from banglar shiksha portal and distribute it among the students. During the February MDM distribution at the school, the school authorities are required to give Activity tasks to the parents of each student.

When the MDM distribution takes place in March, the activity task for the month of February will be taken from the parents of the students.

The marks obtained from the activity task need to be entered in the Banglar shiksha SMS portal.


How to download February month activity tasks from Banglar Shiksha Portal?

  • First you have to open the Banglar Shiksha portal website.



  • Click on the "Digital Contents" menu under the head bar.

  • Under digital contents, click on the "students' corner" sub-menu.

  • When the new page opens, select Activity task 2022.

  • Then, select Activity task 2022 (February).

  • When the Download page of Activity task is opened, Activity task can be downloaded as Class and Subject.

  10C Section regarding teachers' transfer (Supreme court order) Relief of teachers transferred away in teacher transfer case in Supreme Court.  The court said that before the implementation of Section 10-C of the Teacher Recruitment Act in the state, those employed are not covered by transfer.  During the hearing of this transfer case on Monday, the court asked the state why the working teachers were transferred 200 km away (Kolkata to Murshidabad)?  The court observed, 'There are many women in this profession.  So this is how we are thinking about the transfer. The Supreme Court said as an interim order during the hearing , that the teachers who have been transferred to neighbouring areas can continue teaching.  Rest of those transferred away can wait for further instructions.  However, those who have joined the job after the introduction of Section 10-C, are not getting any relief for now.  The state has been directed to submit an affidavit within the next 4 weeks regarding

Home District transfer for primary school teacher

______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. Uniform Distribution on Banglar Shiksha Portal

  School Hol Login for Uniform SCMS on Banglar Shiksha Portal In the School Hol login, there would be 'Uniform SCMS' menu at the left menu panel clicking upon which following type of dashboard would appear. Hol in respect of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools has the responsibility to issue work orders in favour of concerned SHG and update the status of the same in the online system. Click on the 'Work Order Issued' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein.  Then click on 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG for which work order has been issued to update the status as 'Yes'. Following type of screen would appear in this regard. After getting delivery of the school uniforms, concerned Hol of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary School has the responsibility to acknowledge the same in the online system. Sekhar setu ( শেখার সেতু ) for primary school

  Educational institutions in West Bengal were closed for two years due to the pandemic. It has finally been opened to students in primary schools from February 2022. But the education department has brought a special bridge material to fill the gap of two years of study for the students. This bridge material has the concept of important topics of the previous two classes. This bridge material is named " Shekhar setu" (শেখার সেতু) . "Shekhar Setu" (শেখার সেতু) textbooks or bridge materials will be provided from first grade to fifth grade.   A memorandum regarding Admission has been published on 25/11/2020 from School Education Department (W.B.) in Banglar Shiksha Portal. The issues mentioned in this memorandum are briefly discussed here. Admission rules in Schools for Elementary Classes According to the RTE Act 2009, all children between the ages of 6 and 14 must be admitted to a suitable class in a neighborhood school.
