The 'WHO mYOGA App' was launched by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of the 7th International Yoga Day 2021. Modi appeared through virtual at 6:30 in the morning. He said, 'WHO mYOGA App' will match all the rules and advice in yoga. The 'WHO mYOGA App' will help increase the popularity of yoga around the world.

The 'WHO mYOGA App' is available for Android and iOS. Very light app, so it can be easily used on a smartphone. 'WHO mYOGA App' is an 11.51 MB size app. It needs to be downloaded from Google Play.
Use and benefits of 'WHO mYOGA App'
After downloading and installing the 'WHO mYOGA App', click on 'Get Started'.
The 'WHO mYOGA App' will teach you first and then instruct you to practice.
You will see the method one by one in the video, at the next moment you have to click on 'Practice' and select the time for 10, 20 and 45 minutes to practice.
