 Paray Samadan Program


After the success of 'Duare Sarkar', the state government took a new program to reach out to the common people better. People's personal problems are being solved through 'Duare Sarkar'. Similarly, 'Paray samadan' will solve regional problems.


For now, the 'Paray samadan' program will run from 2nd February to 15th February. Already 10,000 applications have been received for the project, and a task force has been formed on behalf of the government. The ruling party hopes that the 'Paray samadan' program will get a huge response before the vote, just as the 'Duare Sarkar' program has sparked.

The Paray samadan program mentions solving many small problems. One of these programs is to fill the shortage of teachers in any school.

As a result, transfer from one school to another has to be taken, this transfer is called Transfer to Administrative ground.

A few days ago, transfer of 87 teachers was approved. Many complain that they do not apply for transfer. Some teachers have been transferred at a very short distance.


 For example, the distance from the current school to the new school is 50 meters. 



Many did not join the new school. An order has been issued to that effect.

Primary & High School teachers get different types of leave during their Service life.  The Government has its own circular according to the Department about all those leaves.  As such, the School Education Department (Elementary and Secondary Branch) has a specific memorandum on all leaves, where the Rules & Regulations of all leaves are mentioned.  School Education Department Primary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 453-SE(Pry.), Dated- 04/05/1999 and Secondary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 1541-Edn(S)/21-2/77, Dated-  15/12/1977 and here the Leave Rules of Non-teaching Staff are also mentioned. Allowance for polling personnel in West Bengal Assembly elections 2021

  This time the allowance of polling personnel is not increasing in the assembly election. During the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the presiding officers had an allowance of Rs 350 per day and the polling officers Rs 250 per day. That allowance is in this assembly election. However, this time Rs 170 will be paid for the cost of food on the day of polling. It is Rs 20 more than before. Polling personnel are naturally upset as the allowance has not been increased. Currently the market price of everything has gone up. The Election Commission has issued a notification regarding the allowance.
