Due to the pandemic, schools in West Bengal were closed for a long time. Normal reading has been reintroduced in schools. Instructions have come from the Board of Secondary Education for Summative evaluation 2022 in high schools . New Student entry for the 2021-22 academic year has started at Banglar shiksha portal. How to make a student entry in Banglar Shiksha portal, is discussed below. Before completing the student entry, complete the following topics first. (A) Fill DCF correctly. Download DCF form from Banglar shiksha portal, fill it correctly. Home District transfer for primary school teacher

______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. Please change the medium of instruction of the student(s) concerned from e-Portal (through 'Update Student's Basic Details' / 'Student's Profile Edit / Download sub-menu under 'Student Management' menu in Hol login) Then click on 'Update Student Details' to synchronise students' information in the SMS portal.If required data is updated in e-Portal, that would also be updated in SMS Portal in this way. Utsashree portal for Online Teacher Transfer

  The West Bengal state government inaugurated a new scheme 'Utshasree' for teachers. Hon'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced the new scheme on Thursday (22/07/2021). She said the decision was taken at a cabinet meeting. On the same day, the Chief Minister said, the state is launching a portal called Utsashree. Teachers can apply through this portal if they want to transfer to a school near their home. She did not say when the scheme would be launched. She said, " Utsashree scheme is being launched for teachers. For those who want to transfer to their district or near home. But if ten teachers want to transfer to one place, it is not possible. It has to be adjusted. As I said before, teachers don't have to go far to work.. A portal is being launched to transfer at least as close to their home as possible, where teachers can apply for the transfer themselves.   Notification  Content of Notification : Subject:  Clearance of 'Not Certified' (NC) cases of the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) in respect of the in-service teachers. Under Section 29 of the NCTE Act, 1993, the Ministry of Education (Department of School Education & Literacy), Government of India has issued the direction vide F. Primary school teachers' transfer on Utsashree portal

  Teachers have been applying for General Transfer and Mutual transfer on Utsashree portal since 2nd August. Some of them have been transferred. The step by step process of how the primary school teachers will join the new school after receiving the transfer order on the Utsashree portal is shown below. In case of Intra District transfer 1] In case of intra district transfer, DPSC issues direct transfer orders . DPSC authorities can send a transfer order to the candidate's registered email . 2] After receiving the transfer order, the candidate has to apply to the concerned SI / S through HoI for release . Xerox copy of Transfer order should be attached with the application form. 3] SI / S will issue a release order in a specific format and give it to the candidate.
