TET 2014 Merit list with break up marks

 On 23/08/2022 Calcutta High Court held a hearing of an important case related to primary recruitment.  The hearing of this case has been completed in the bench of Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay.


On that day, the primary CBI case was listed as Mention in the Calcutta High Court bench of Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay.  The hearing on this day was mainly about publishing the merit list with break up marks of the teachers appointed in 2017 and 2020.  The Board of Primary Education has informed the Calcutta High Court that the merit list with break up marks for Primary 2017 and 2020 recruitment will be released soon.

Justice wants to know how many days will be published?  The board said they will release it on November 30.  If possible, it can be published before that.



 That is, by November 30, 2022, all the break-up marks of all the job aspirants who were appointed as teachers in 2017 and 2020 will be uploaded on the website of the primary.



 2014 TET Exam recruitment is done in two phases.  The first is in 2017 and the next in 2020.  About 60,000 primary teachers are recruited in two phases.  The court ordered the publication of the entire merit list with all the information of those teachers.  The Board of Primary Education has to provide all the information including marks obtained by the teachers in the written and oral examination, and their educational qualifications.

  10C Section regarding teachers' transfer (Supreme court order) Relief of teachers transferred away in teacher transfer case in Supreme Court.  The court said that before the implementation of Section 10-C of the Teacher Recruitment Act in the state, those employed are not covered by transfer.  During the hearing of this transfer case on Monday, the court asked the state why the working teachers were transferred 200 km away (Kolkata to Murshidabad)?  The court observed, 'There are many women in this profession.  So this is how we are thinking about the transfer. But the education department has brought a special bridge material to fill the gap of two years of study for the students. Uniform Distribution on Banglar Shiksha Portal

  School Hol Login for Uniform SCMS on Banglar Shiksha Portal In the School Hol login, there would be 'Uniform SCMS' menu at the left menu panel clicking upon which following type of dashboard would appear. Hol in respect of Upper Primary / Secondary / Higher Secondary Schools has the responsibility to issue work orders in favour of concerned SHG and update the status of the same in the online system. Click on the 'Work Order Issued' tab. List of all tagged SHGs would be available therein.  Then click on 'Submit' button in respect of the concerned SHG for which work order has been issued to update the status as 'Yes'.
