At first login into Utsashree Portal at your HOI end, then user can see "TEACHER PHOTO UPLOAD"  submenu under Master Directory Management Menu', As per screenshot below 👇

After entering this page, a list appears along with teacher name and employee code.

"UPLOAD IMAGE" option is there as per screenshot below 👇

Upload Image by clicking the "Upload Image" option as per screenshot below 👇


Allowed format for Image JPEG or JPG and the image size must be up to 50 KB.


  • If a user uploads more than 50 KB images then a message will appear 'FILE TOO LARGE.MAXIMUM FILE SIZE WILL BE 50 KB'. 


  • After Successfully completing the procedure, a message will appear as Image Upload successfully. Then you can view this Image by clicking 'View Image Option As per screenshot below 👇

  A memorandum regarding Admission has been published on 25/11/2020 from School Education Department (W.B.) in Banglar Shiksha Portal. The issues mentioned in this memorandum are briefly discussed here. Admission rules in Schools for Elementary Classes According to the RTE Act 2009, all children between the ages of 6 and 14 must be admitted to a suitable class in a neighborhood school. Primary education, including pre-primary education, will be provided free of charge. It has been decided that admission in primary class including pre-primary class will be admitted through draw of lots if the number of candidates admitted in any one class exceeds the number of seats available for admission. Clarification regarding eligibility for appearing in TET exam

  Those enrolled in the Teacher Training Course (TTC) are eligible to appear in the TET examination  There is no compulsion to appear in the final year or TET exam result. Any such student admitted to a teacher training course will be considered in the 'PURSUING' category. NCTE has issued a notification citing the order passed by the Supreme Court.   Till now students were considered eligible to take the TET exam only when they reached the final semester / year. That rule is changing, though. From now on you can sit for the TET exam only after enrolling in the course.   When this was litigated in the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court gave a broader interpretation to the term 'PURSUING'. NCTE issued this notification after this. The list of 738 in Primary TET 2014

 Good news for job seekers. The West Bengal Board of Primary Education released a list of 738 names in the primary TET. WBBPE has published this list on the direction of the High Court in the case which was related to the wrong questions in the primary TET of 2014. Utsashree portal for Online Teacher Transfer

  The West Bengal state government inaugurated a new scheme 'Utshasree' for teachers. Hon'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced the new scheme on Thursday (22/07/2021). She said the decision was taken at a cabinet meeting. On the same day, the Chief Minister said, the state is launching a portal called Utsashree. Teachers can apply through this portal if they want to transfer to a school near their home. She did not say when the scheme would be launched. She said, " Utsashree scheme is being launched for teachers. For those who want to transfer to their district or near home. But if ten teachers want to transfer to one place, it is not possible. It has to be adjusted. As I said before, teachers don't have to go far to work.. A portal is being launched to transfer at least as close to their home as possible, where teachers can apply for the transfer themselves.
