Puja bonus for West Bengal government employees 2021
After becoming the Chief Minister for the third time, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee took a big initiative for the government employees. On this day, a notification was announced by the state government. According to the notification, festival bonus of Rs 4,500 will be given to state government employees in the academic year 2020-2021.
This bonus is not only for those who are working, but also for the retired employees. The bonus amount for retired employees is 2500 rupees. This bonus will be given to the retired employees whose pension is below Rs. 31,000. On the other hand, the bonus of Rs 4,500 will be given only to those employees who get a monthly salary of Rs 36,000 or less. This bonus will be given as a one-time and festival bonus.
At the same time, in the case of those whose monthly salary ranges from Rs 36,000 to Rs 45,000, those employees will be able to take an advance salary of up to Rs 12,000. This advance payment can also be taken on the occasion of the festival. A notification has already been issued on behalf of Navanna. It is expected that this bonus will reach the account of government employees in the month of Festival (Durga Puja , Eid).
Employees who are Muslim will get it before Eid. The rest of the Employees will get it in October before Pujo.
