How to Choose Preference for Online State Level Counseling?
Online State Level Councelling for Primary Teacher Recruitment
Notice of online state level counseling of primary teacher recruitment has been issued. Online state level counseling will start from 12th July.
The West Bengal Primary Education Board released the merit list on 15th February this year as per West Bengal Primary School Teachers Recruitment Rules-2016. The list was released on March 4 following the guidelines of the Division Bench of the Calcutta High Court, the board said.
Merit list is prepared on the basis of vacancies at the district level. The concerned district authorities have already issued appointment letters to the enlisted persons. There are still some candidates in the merit list. Those who could not be enlisted as there were no vacancies in their own district. The remaining candidates will have state-level online counseling from July 12. Will run until 19th July. Will be live from 12th July on https://prim-tet.in portal.
Nobody will be able to enter the online system for such counseling without registration.
Therefore, eligible job seekers need to register for Online State level counseling on the portal https://prim-tet.in.

Instructions to the candidates for giving preferences against district wise vacancies available for State Level counselling of the remaining merit listed candidates….
Please type the following URL in your Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
The version of the browser should be minimum 50 in both the cases.
The resolution of the Desktop/Laptop will be 1024 X 768.
The portal cannot be accessed from any Mobile Device.
After hitting the above mentioned URL you will find the Login Page

1. Please enter the following information:
Roll No (9 Characters Numeric, Mandatory)
Date of Birth (from calendar- format DD-MM-YYYY, 10 Characters, Mandatory))
2. After entering this information, please press Next Button. After pressing the Next button, the input will be validated against the database. If the information does not match then a message will be displayed on the screen as an Alert 'Entered combination is invalid, please try again' with the OK button. Please press the OK button, then the screen will be refreshed for a fresh entry.
3. If the information matches with the database, then the following fields will be displayed on the screen.
Candidate's Name Read only, display from database
Father's Name- Read only, display from database
Mobile Number - Read only, display from database) (in XXXXXXx000 format where 000 is the last 3 digits of the mobile number)
Mobile Number for Entry-10 Characters Numeric, Mandatory
4. Please check whether displayed Candidate Name, Father's Name & last 3 digits of Mobile No. are correct. If not then please check RolI No. & Date of Birth entered by you.
If the value entered in column Mobile Number matches with the one present in the database, 'SEND OTP' button will become active, else the same will remain inactive.
Please click on the "SEND OTP'' button to receive the OTP into your mobile number available in the database.
5. Please enter OTP as received and click on the "VALIDATE OTP" button.
If entered OTP matches, you will be sent to the Landing page. If not, you need to enter OTP again.
6. There will be provision for "Resend OTP. If after 1 Minute, OTP does not come the 'RESEND OTP' button will be visible. Please click on the "RESEND OTP" button to generate OTP again.
"RESEND OTP" button will be available 3 times at an interval of I Minute.

1.In Landing page, you will find following information in Read only mode:
Name of the Candidate
Roll Number
Father's Name
Date of Birth
Mobile Number
Email ld
Original District of the Candidate (As per TET Admit Card)
Category of the candidate
Rank as per State Level Merit List
2.In addition to that information, you will get the following information based on your Category & Medium in tabular form:
District Name - Read only, display from database
Vacancy - Read only, display from database
Preference - To be selected from the dropdown
3. Here you can provide your preference as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 upto maximum number of districts against
each of the districts. In case the total no. of districts is less than 4, then you will have to select Preference against all the districts. In case the total no. of districts is greater than 3, then you will
have to select Preference at least against 3 districts. Allocation of vacancy will be done only on the preferences provided by you for multiple districts.
4. After filling up the preference against vacancy, please submit your preferences. After pressing the Submit button an alert will be displayed on the screen mentioning After submission you cannot modify your preference. Do you want to proceed? with Yes' & 'No' options. If you click on "No
button then you will be provided an opportunity to change your preferences. If you click on the 'Yes' button the data will be submitted and will be read only. You will get an SMS to your Mobile No.
confirming that you have successfully submitted your preference against district wise vacancies available for State Level counselling of the remaining merit listed candidates Preference Entry
Portal. Simultaneously PDF containing the details of your district wise preferences will be mailed to your Email ld.
5. There will be a provision for download of the same PDF in the portal. If you Logs in subsequently then
you can download the PDF.
