The undersigned is pleased to inform all the concerns that the Council is going to launch an "Online Student Portal" on 01 September, 2023 for applying duplicate registration, duplicate admit, duplicate mark sheet, duplicate certificate, migration, transcript etc. of H.S. Examination and for correction of registration, admit, mark sheet & certificate of such examination. Interested concerns may apply for these testimonials through the Council Portal:

No further offline application on the above matters will be entertained henceforth. All concerns are requested to cooperate.

 🏫 Mutual Transfer of Primary Teachers through UTSASHREE Portal Latest Update from West Bengal Board of Primary Education – July 2025 The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has announced a significant update regarding the mutual transfer of primary teachers through the UTSASHREE Portal. In reference to the School Education Department’s Memo No. 430-Sc/G dated 17.06.2025, a revised mechanism has been introduced to simplify the transfer process. 🔄 What’s New? New Module Mark entry process in Banglar shiksha SMS portal Prerequisite For Marks entry in Banglar shiksha portal Please check the medium(s), which is/are showing in the Medium dropdown in Marks Entry page from Hol login. If there is/are any improper medium(s), please select that/those medium(s) (one by one) and then select the class, section, subject (any) and click on Search button; student's/students' name will be available in the list against the particular medium. Please change the medium of instruction of the student(s) concerned from e-Portal (through 'Update Student's Basic Details' / 'Student's Profile Edit / Download sub-menu under 'Student Management' menu in Hol login) Then click on 'Update Student Details' to synchronise students' information in the SMS portal.If required data is updated in e-Portal, that would also be updated in SMS Portal in this way. ______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department.
