The undersigned is pleased to inform all the concerns that the Council is going to launch an "Online Student Portal" on 01 September, 2023 for applying duplicate registration, duplicate admit, duplicate mark sheet, duplicate certificate, migration, transcript etc. of H.S. Examination and for correction of registration, admit, mark sheet & certificate of such examination. Interested concerns may apply for these testimonials through the Council Portal:

No further offline application on the above matters will be entertained henceforth. All concerns are requested to cooperate.

Shekhar Setu(শেখার সেতু) bridge material textbook for pre-primary to fifth grade students. Pathan setu (পঠন সেতু) bridge material textbook for students of class VI to VIII. ______________New Update_______ Intra and inter District Transfer list The first list of all the primary teachers who have applied for transfer to The Commissioner of School Education in Bikash Bhavan since last December, 2021 has been published. The instructions in this list are as follows: "The Undersigned is directed to inform that the School Education Department in principle has no objection to the inter/intra district transfer of the Primary School Teachers as included in the attached list(s). The concerned authorities are hereby requested to take necessary action accordingly. In case of any discrepancy, the Chairpersons of the District Primary School Council and the District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) shall bring it to the notice of the School Education Department. CASUAL LEAVE for West Bengal PRIMARY SCHOOL Teacher

Primary & High School teachers get different types of leave during their Service life.  The Government has its own circular according to the Department about all those leaves.  As such, the School Education Department (Elementary and Secondary Branch) has a specific memorandum on all leaves, where the Rules & Regulations of all leaves are mentioned.  School Education Department Primary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 453-SE(Pry.), Dated- 04/05/1999 and Secondary Branch Leave Notification Memo Number is 1541-Edn(S)/21-2/77, Dated-  15/12/1977 and here the Leave Rules of Non-teaching Staff are also mentioned. Allowance for polling personnel in West Bengal Assembly elections 2021

  This time the allowance of polling personnel is not increasing in the assembly election. During the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the presiding officers had an allowance of Rs 350 per day and the polling officers Rs 250 per day. That allowance is in this assembly election. However, this time Rs 170 will be paid for the cost of food on the day of polling. It is Rs 20 more than before. Polling personnel are naturally upset as the allowance has not been increased. Currently the market price of everything has gone up. The Election Commission has issued a notification regarding the allowance. It has been reported that the polling personnel will get the same rate for the three-day training. There will be two days' allowance for polling. polling personnel will receive money for the day before the vote. A total of five days' money goes to the employee's bank account.
