The transfer process of teachers is being re-introduced
Mamata Banerjee is on the throne of Bengal for the third time. And after the completion of this election process, the state government is going to start the transfer process again. The Board of Secondary Education has directed to take necessary steps for the release and joining of the transferred teachers.
The transfer process is about to resume, so happy transfer candidates. According to most of the teachers, many teachers received transfer orders before the announcement of the assembly elections but could not be released or joined. The transfer process came to a halt on February 26 when the Election Commission introduced the Model Code of Conduct. Many teachers are facing problems as they are not able to join the new school even with the transfer recommendation order. It is alleged that the process was suspended mainly because the office bearers were engaged in voting and the MCC rules were introduced . After The results of the vote, the Election Commission issued guidelines for lifting the Model Code of Conduct. The Board of Secondary Education then directed all the DIs of the state to take necessary steps for the release and joining of all the transferees. After the publication of this guide, teachers and educators will be able to join the new school with the release in the old school.
