In 2017, the Board of Primary Education issued a notification for the TET examination for the recruitment of new primary teachers. However, 11th November Hon'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has made it clear that considering the Corona situation, the Board of Primary Education will soon arrange for offline TET examinations.
Primary TET exams may be taken between January and February. According to the source, the candidates who have applied for 2017 do not have to apply for Primary TET again.
